Upon check in, went 2 exam rm, answering ?? about left knee. Attendant left 2 schedule my z-rays. 1/2 hr.later, no response. Upon her return, she announces Dr. is reading my x-rays; I responded, been waiting 1/2 w/out going into x-rays. She leaves 2 schedule; 15 min elapse & no response. Finally gal arrives & I get into x-ray. Know staff was busy, & behind, but come on !!! 45 min of wait & nothing ???

It was easy to schedule with Gerry, the PA. The office was pleasant and staff were efficient. Gerry reviewed radiographs and discussed options clearly. I definitely will recommend to others.

with regret I had to find a new ortho group. but this team was great. quick and easy getting in. really nice facility. hopefully don't need surgery. if I do, they are well qualified. and another plus they have a PT group in the same building.
